IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is YOUR responsibility to perform all vehicle service requirements in accordance with the original manufacturer recommendations. Oil and filter changes must be performed on the covered vehicle (Valid receipts are required) every 7,500 miles or according to manufacturer recommendations, whichever comes first. Failure to protect and maintain your vehicle could lead to a denial.

Take Your Car to A Repair Facility
It is CRITICAL to turn off your vehicle and have it towed to prevent any further damages.
NEVER CONTINUE TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IF IT IS OVERHEATING!
Call our claims department at 877-783-2221. An adjuster will walk you through the steps you need to follow to get your vehicle repaired and your claim properly taken care of.
Get your vehicle to the Selling Dealer or the nearest repair facility. Give the repair facility the authorization to diagnose the failure. Once diagnosed, have the repair facility call the claim into American Assurance Corporation.
BE SURE THAT THE REPAIR FACILITY DOES NOT PROCEED WITH ANY REPAIRS UNTIL AMERICAN ASSURANCE CORPORATION HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND A CLAIMS ADJUSTER HAS AUTHORIZED BOTH THE REPAIR AND THE COST.
