Required Documentation for Cancellation Quotes
Please include contract number or VIN with your submission.
To ensure timely processing, please include the following documentation with your request:
For Repossession:
• Repossession Affidavit (or equivalent repossession documentation)
For Loan Payoff:
• Official Loan Payoff Letter
• for GAP contracts sold outside the state of CO customer-signed cancellation form is required
• Please note that documentation requirements may vary based on the applicable GAP contract. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
Requests are reviewed in the order received. Once all required documentation has been verified, a cancellation quote will be provided.
